Shipping

Fulfillment timeframes:

Products that are In Stock will be shipped out within 3 to 7 business days, from date of invoice.
Products which are in regular Order Status will be shipped out within 3 weeks from date of invoice.
Products pertaining to the Special Order category will be shipped out within 5 weeks from date of invoice.
All custom orders will be shipped out as per conversation with on our jewellery specialists. Please advise a jewellery specialist of your expected completion date.

Shipping notes:

Deliveries can only be made to physical addresses. No PO Boxes, no APO or FPO addresses. Postal code or Zip code and recipients phone number are to be provided at time of purchase.

Your order will be shipped via FedEx ground or express service. Please refer to your invoice for details.

Tracking information will be provided via email, to the email address provided in your billing information.

Packages are shipped only to addresses provided at time of order, that are authorized by the signature barer. It is the responisbilty of the purchaser to arrange a pickup time, drop off time, or pickup person(s), in order for the package to be delivered successfully by FedEx services. Aria is not responsible for the arrival of your purchase once FedEx provides a tracking number. The customer must mediate any shipping issues with FedEx Service. You, the customer, take full responsibly of any damage caused by shipping, or otherwise, once tracking information is provided to you.

Late arrivals of orders may be the result of the following, which are not in Aria’s area of responsibility as the shipper, and furthermore will not be called upon Aria to mediate issues that arise due to timely or untimely shipment:

Border/Military  issues
Wrong Address
Closed Businesses
Statutory Holidays
Unfortunate Events

Return Policy

**If you wish to return an item, an authorization code must be obtained from Aria Jewellers, 3 working days after the arrival of your item.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, Aria Jewellers offers a return policy of ten (10) working days of original date of purcase, for a full refund or exchange, for all items except “Order” and “Special Order”. Please note that an exchange service only applies to products that are available in our stock at the time of exchange.

Please note that items may only be returned if not worn, and must be in new condition. 

If a piece is found to be defective, the piece should be returned to Aria Jewellers Inc. with the original proof of purchase attached. Proof of purchase includes physical receipt, printout of invoice from our website, www.ariajewellers.com.
Any defects noted in your return will be repaired free of charge during the warranty period. In the event that repairs are improper to restore normal condition of the item, we well provide you a replacement item, to the best of our ability, free of charge. If item is not available, closest substitute will be provided.

Standard warranty does not cover the Following: Damage on any part of the piece resulting from abnormal or abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, etc).
